The RGB light effect on the keyboard will be turned off after clicking save and apply.
You can turn it on again by pressing FN+-.(Please refer to the keyboard manual about the FN combination function key for turning on the RGB.)
*Preview layout only for preview, which can not be saved on board if you customize RGB in this layout.

The keymap will not update immediately after importing the exported file, only if you click the other layer and then back to your system layer. For example, to import an exported file to Win set, you can press Mac set and then back to Win set. Check the detail in video.
FAQ
“Not Supported Device”
The software can only be used when the keyboard is connected by a data USB cable.
Software can’t be used in any wireless mode.
- Make sure you are using the original factory cable.
- Do not use any kind of USB hubs, please connect the cable directly to the main board (back side of PC).
- Fully plug the connector on keyboard side If RGB is working on keyboard it does NOT mean that it is fully plug in. Push the connector with some force.
- Check if your keyboard is NOT in wireless mode. (Press FN to check which connection indicator lights on.)
- If you downloaded different software, please restart one software and replug the keyboard again.
“The changed configurations aren’t saved on board”
1. Press FN to check which layer indicator lights on. (White light)
- No white light is on, you are in the keyboard standard layer, keyboard default setting, which does not contain the configuration you just made. In this case, you need to change the layer to Windows or MacOS layer, according to your device system.
- Windows/MacOS indicator key: (Please refer to the manual about the specific keyboard system indicator key)
- 6/7 key: Such as GK104, GK87 series
- W/E key: Such as GK61, GK68 series
2. When you change the connection mode, please press FN again to confirm keyboard layer indicator light.

which is the reset button to put the keyboard in boot mode and to be able to compile my GK61 PRO keyboard.
I assume your keyboard is wired GK61PRO QMK version. You can please holding the ESC key, then plug the cable into device. The keyboard will be boot mode.

This doesn’t answer my question at all: you didn’t tell me to which models those repositories belong, and you talk about a page without giving any link.
Ah, I think I already explain it clearly. You never told me your keyboard type. Therefore, Please refer to the QMK&VIA product page, you will find the corresponding QMK&VIA JSON file in corresponding QMK&VIA keyboard page.
I just received my Skyloong keyboard yesterday and for some reason, after customizing with the software. Once I close the GK6 application. The keys all stop glowing and do not turn back on unless I restart the app. Also does anyone know how to keep the backlight on without turning dim, I have it set to windows, with Usb connection, I know that most wireless connected keyboards have a built in timer that automatically turns off the backlit feature. And please let reply with how to per key color the keys individually. I have a GK980.
Hello, I’d like to know if this red bezel element around the screen (named metal magnet sheet on the product page) can be easily removed, to be replaced with other color version? And do you sell this element in different color ways, or would I need to repaint it or 3d print a replacement?
I bought the GK104Pro I can’t figure out which software that I am supposed to download. I tried the latest version but it just says device not supported.
Does the three mode version not support QMK/VIA at all? Only the wired version?

I purchased GK104 pro(only skyloong programme version. no qmk/via) and I tried to put “!” in macro key. I entered shift and 1 but it didn’t change into ” !” but only “1”. Can you tell me how to put “!” in macro key?
